Jumping on the band wagon!

I figured now that my girls are 7 and 5 years old I'd better do something to capture our wonderful times together. They get bigger everyday and before I know it they will be teenagers. I should have started this years ago but somehow never had the time!!
My 5 yr. old Alexandra, Alex, Ali, or Ali Reese as we call her, is about to graduate preschool (for the second time). Last year, her preschool teacher did not believe me that she was not going to Kindergarten the following year so she let her participate in the ceremony. But then Alex thought she would be off to Kindergarten with all her friends. Big mistake!! Her birthday missed the cutoff by just a few days and she is very tall so it was a bit confusing. Alex changes her name on a daily basis. If you ask her what she wants to be called it is always different.
Bailey, 7 going on 16, is in first grade this year! It is hard to believe that I have a child in grade school. I feel like I was just there. I even have a lot of the same friends as then. Bailey is a social butterfly. She loves school, is an awesome reader, and has an amazing spirit.
I am so blessed to have my wonderful girls. They are the light in my life.
I will try to keep this as up to date as I find time to do for my family and friends.
